This template may be used in your assignment. It is based on Cottrell (2015:177). Copy and paste the table (in LANDSCAPE format) found below into the body Action Plan submission. Depending on your goals, insert or delete rows.

From the Instructions: Develop an action plan for the next 12 months.

Create an Action Plan to develop or improve the skills and experiences identified in Assignment 1.

• Refer to the Action Plan Instruction file – tasks 1.1 and 1.2.
• Information on creating action plans will be covered in week 4 seminars. The template for the Action Plan can be found on page 177 of Cottrell (2015).

• You are required to provide constructive feedback to your team members to help them develop and improve their Action Plan, “Me-in-a-Minute Video” and their Competency profile in A2.
• Keep a record of all feedback you have given and received in the shared A2 sub-folder, OneDrive. This data will be included in your Action Plan submission.
