Write a short (2 page) essay in which you revisit the four major projects (Project 1: Article Summary, Project 2: Summary and Response, Project 3: Annotated Bibliography, and the Project 4: Research Report) for this course and evaluate your performance on those assignments. In the essay, you should address the following questions: What did you do well on the projects? What would you change if you were to revise the projects? Which of the projects best represents the quality of work you produced in this course? What key concept(s) are you taking away from the course?
Submission Instructions
The essay should be in MLA formatting, double spaced, using 12 point Times New Roman font. The final draft should be 2 pages (500 words)
Evaluation
The essay will be evaluated based on the following criteria:
Content:
• Does the essay reflect on the student’s previous work in the class?
• Does the essay make reference to a previous project?
• Does the student adequately address the assignment prompt?
Organization:
• Are paragraphs fully developed?
• Do paragraphs transition smoothly and logically from one to the next?
Style and Mechanics:
• Is the essay written in a clear and concise prose style?
• Does the essay adhere to appropriate RC Writing Standards and contain few, if any, grammar, punctuation, and spelling errors?
Formatting:
• Is the essay formatted using MLA?
